A Legacy of Quality Craftsmenship
After emigrating from London as a novice refinish technician, Daya Bharadva settled in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife Kanta and their two sons. From there, the husband and wife duo took over a collision repair facility as partial owners. Soon after, they moved to Central Florida and opened a facility of their own. The undeveloped Orlando area reminded the young couple of their youth back in Africa.
Calling Central Florida their home, Daya’s was established in 1982 in Altamonte Springs consisting of Daya, Kanta and one technician.
After three years of hard work and quality craftsmanship, Daya’s growth expanded to Longwood where this flagship location currently consists of three large buildings devoted to quality elite vehicle repairs. This state of the art facility features an isolated certified aluminum repair department and has multiple digital downdraft paint booths.
Growing up around the shop, Anand and Ajay officially joined the family business upon graduating from college to carry on the tradition of fine quality automotive repairs.
Wanting to repair elite high quality vehicles, Daya’s achieved the status of becoming Mercedes Benz certified.
In 2006 Daya’s expanded again with a second location in south Orlando to better serve the ever growing Central Florida community.
2007 - 2014
In order to keep up with advancements in vehicle technology and aluminum construction, Daya’s sought after numerous manufacturer body shop certifications such as Tesla, Audi, Aston Martin, Land Rover, Jaguar, Infiniti, Nissan GTR, Chrysler, Dodge, Ford, and GM. In addition, Daya’s still specializes in repairs to BMW, Lexus, Ferrari, Maserati, Bentley, Rolls Royce, Volkswagen, Volvo, Subaru, Acura, Cadillac, Honda, Toyota, Hyundai, Kia and more.
Daya’s award the honor of being 1 of only 11 Lamborghini certified body shops in the entire United States.
Officially named a PACC Porsche Approved Collision Center. The family is proud of this certification, as they are PCA Porsche Club of America members.
To this day both locations are still family owned and operated. Daya’s focus remains on a passion for quality and the desire to provide the latest in auto body repair technology to its clients. Their technicians are dedicated to extensive training in factory certifications and methods to ensure that vehicles are repaired to manufacturer procedures and quality. Both locations specialize in foreign and domestic collision repair. They also pride themselves in cosmetic repairs.
